Estate grown, made and bottled, Delamere is a study of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties made in classical styles, both sparkling and still.

Naissante, a French word meaning “to blossom” or “to be born”, is about exploring cool climate varieties and vineyards.  It’s about experimenting with winemaking techniques and stretching our skills and knowledge.  It’s a home for those wild ideas that wake us up in the middle of the night. Naissante wines are not designed to be the polished, classical styles Delamere has become renown for, but rather wines offering something a little different.  Always interesting and distinctive, they are wines that sit apart from the pack.
