Hand harvested from our own estate, our philosophy is produce wines that reflect our unique soils and location. Fermented in open top fermenters, matured in Burgundian coopered French oak for 15 months. Ripe red berry fruits, spicey undertones. Taut structure with a generous mouthfeel resulting from gentle handling and extended time on lees. Will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
