WINEMAKING
This wine is a blend of many small parcels of Tasmanian Pinot Noir from the Delamere Vineyard in Pipers River as well as small parcels from various locations around the state. It is a blend of experimental techniques both in the vineyard and the winery, with elements of cold soaking, whole bunch fermentation and barrel fermentation. All parcels were hand picked, pressed by basket press and matured in French oak
