Grown, vinified, bottled and hand-disgorged on site. Methodé traditionnelle de Champagne - a testament to the world class quality of the Pipers River region for sparkling wine production. Strawberry and musk aromas. Boasting unctuous red berry flavours and earthy, mushroom characters. A fine structure with firm savoury tannins and crisp natural acid.
This unique single-vineyard wine has been grown, vinified, bottled
and hand-disgorged on site and is testament to the world class status of the Pipers
River region for sparkling wine production. The wine is the result of carefully
hand-harvested fruit from the mature-aged pinot noir vines of Delamere Vineyard, and
reflects the site’s distinctive soil and location.
Showing true mature Sparkling Rosé characters, it has a medium salmon colour
and an aroma of strawberry and musk, complexed by hints of lanolin and toast. The
flavoursome palate boasts unctuous red berry fruits, complemented by earthy, mushroom
characters, and is fine but with firm, savoury tannins. It has persistent flavours
finishing with crisp natural acid. This premium sparkling will suit most foods,
owing to its complexity and savoury tannin structure.

Temperatures were moderate and even, there was just enough rainfall which was perfectly timed throughout the growing season, and crop levels were in perfect harmony with vine canopy growth. Fruit ripened evenly across the vineyard creating intense flavour and ideal balance.
