Northern Tasmania had average winter rainfall, increasing to above average in late spring, setting the scene for excellent growth as the weather warmed. The fruit for this wine was carefully hand harvested from a mature vineyard located in the Tamar Valley. The fruit was airbag pressed into a stainless steel tank to preserve primary fruit character. The fullness and texture of this wine was achieved through a cool long fermentation utilising wild yeast.

Best enjoyed with fresh seafood such as oysters and crayfish or with Asian inspired salads.
